Viognier
This is the first year making a Viognier and we are very excited about it. It was picked on Oct 21st and soaked overnight with the skins to express the beautiful floral notes that Viognier presents. It started in stainless steel tanks and once the wild fermentation started it was transferred to neutral french oak where it finished after a couple of weeks. It aged for 6 months until it was bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with lees.
The wine presents with a nice texture and grip due to the touch of skin contact while still preserving a freshness of white blossoms and nectarine.

Orange Riesling/Pinot Gris
There are three different components that contribute to this fresh and playful 2025 orange blend. The Riesling had an extended 48 days on skins to gain some texture and tannins, the Vidal spent 21 days on skins which added aromatics to soften the palate, and finally the Pinot Gris had 15 days of skin contact that gave a nice florality to complete the wine. They all went through their wild ferments separately and eventually pressed off on November 19th where they aged for six months in neutral french oak barrels until being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with lees.Â
An approachable orange wine that sits between funky and clean, showing fresh lime, floral aromatics, and orchard fruit, with gentle tannin on the palate.Â

Gamay Noir
The Gamay is back after a year hiatus. Harvested on September 29th 2025 this wine was whole bunch fermented to express the fruity notes that Gamay showcases. Once the fermentation was completed it was pressed, settled, and aged in neutral french oak barrels for approximately five months until bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with lees.Â
This Niagara Gamay is bright and juicy, with cherry fruit, earthy depth, and a fresh, lively palate.
